There are very few things any hopeful nation must have to open Relations with Ptyxur: 

1. You must be a peaceful nation

2. You must have a physical location, and it must be on earth, and it must ber accessable.  Also, if you claim land another country we recognize claims, then we cannot open relations with you.   It also must be big enough to have at least one person in it.  For example, your territory can not be your soda can.

3. You must not be rascist or hateful, and your citizens must have rights

4. You have to exist for at least 3 months.  Micronations who apply before this time will be considered, but you will not be accepted until the 4 week limit has elapsed.

5. You must have at least 5 citizens.
